• Providing legal support on private equity-related matters

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Equity Paralegal should have:

• A degree in Law or a related field
• A solid understanding of private equity - minimum 1 year Private Equity Paralegal experience
• Experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents
• Excellent research skills
• A strong ability to work in a team and manage workload
• Excellent communication skills
