Job description

What you'll be doing:

As a Private Equity Partner at NTT, you will play a crucial role in leveraging private equity (PE) partnerships to drive business growth, optimise portfolio companies, and enhance financial performance.

You will establish and maintain senior-level engagement with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, identifying, shaping, selling, and delivering consulting-led opportunities that align with the strategic goals of PE firms.

Your responsibilities will include emphasising the value of NTT's services to private equity partners, contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to executives, and working closely with portfolio companies to optimise their operations and identify new growth opportunities.

Additionally, you will engage with various levels and backgrounds to build data on talent pools and gain deeper market insights, assist PE firms in making better investment decisions, and offer expertise in financial strategy and operational improvements tailored to their needs. You will also leverage insights to navigate complex market conditions, build and nurture relationships with key private equity partners, actively manage these relationships to deliver innovative solutions, and participate directly in the sales cycle for key opportunities.

What experience you'll bring:

Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with private equity firms and senior-level executives. Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with key partners and client partners.

Business Development Acumen: Strong business development skills, including identifying, shaping, selling, and delivering consulting-led opportunities that align with the strategic goals of private equity firms.

Market Insight and Analysis: Ability to engage with various levels and backgrounds to build data on talent pools and gain deeper market insights, helping private equity firms make informed investment decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey the value of NTT's services to private equity partners and portfolio companies.

Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to executives.

Collaboration and Influence: Proficiency in working across, collaborating, and influencing within a matrix organisation. Ability to motivate and lead business units to enable on-time delivery of client expectations.
