A leading global law firm in London is seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Private Equity & M&A lawyer to join its renowned and diverse practice. The team has a strong track record of handling high-value deals, including UK take-privates, cross-border M&A, carve-outs, and disposals, with a particular focus on sectors such as sports, fintech, and life sciences.
You will be working closely with market-leading partners on a range of complex transactions, advising financial sponsors and international private equity clients. The firm's practice covers a wide spectrum of private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and public-to-private deals, providing an excellent opportunity to be involved in some of the most high-profile matters in the market.

A proven track record of advising private equity clients, financial sponsors, and multinational corporations is essential. The candidate should possess excellent technical expertise, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate a collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with colleagues and clients while delivering exceptional results.
