Private Equity - Junior Associate/NQ+

This UK headquartered international law firm has a market leading private equity group and is seeking to recruit a junior associate to join them. The team are keen to consider NQs as well as candidates with up to 3pqe.

The team advise on buy-out, leveraged transactions, buy and build, distressed situations and exit strategies as well as general corporate and M&A work. The team is particularly known for its expertise in tech and life sciences and this role would be ideal for someone with experience in those areas, or someone looking to gain more exposure to those sectors. The clients are prestigious and the majority of the work is cross-border, complex and cutting edge. Associates are encouraged to build their own client relationships and work closely with partners to become true specialists.
