Our Client, specialist private equity firm, is looking for a highly motivated Investment Associate to join their dynamic investment team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on strategic investments, acquisitions, and portfolio management in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for identifying high-potential opportunities, and 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development - this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments.
  • Support end-to-end deal execution, including market research, investment thesis development, and structuring.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across the investment portfolio, identifying opportunities for value creation.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategy.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including founders, management teams, and advisors.
