Private Equity Associate

Our client, a leading mid market Private Equity firm focused on energy transition and climate Infrastructure is searching for an Associate to join their London team. The London office plays a critical role in identifying and executing investment opportunities across Europe and beyond, supported by a team in the US. They are looking for a candidate coming from a Banking environment to make the transition into a private equity firm. You will join a small, dynamic team in London where you will gain a lot of exposure.

The role:

• Assist in structuring and executing deals
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Monitor and support portfolio companies
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports

Qualifications:

• 2-5yrs relevant experience
• Strong financial modeling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
