An elite US firm, our client is looking to recruit a talented and ambitious private equity lawyer, with at least 5 years' post-qualified experience, into its market-leading London corporate practice. As a senior member of the London private equity team, this role will work alongside the private equity partners, as well as collaborating with colleagues around the firm in London and internationally, providing strategic advice to the firm’s private equity house and financial sponsor clients and taking a lead role on a range of complex, multi-jurisdictional private equity transactions.
