We’re looking for an Associate Dentist to partner with us on a self-employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in Winchester, Hampshire.

About Winchester, St Lawrence House

Based in St Cross, close to the centre of Winchester, our private dental practice provides a wide range of treatments and services in a spacious and welcoming environment. We offer implants, sedation, oral surgery, endodontics, and general dentistry.

We’re based in a classic, elegant building with onsite parking for staff and roadside for patients for up to 4 hours. Our friendly and helpful team consists of a Practice manager, Lead dental nurse, 2 qualified dental nurses (one sedation trained), and a trainee. We provide a staff room and refreshments for patients.

Our practice offers Bupa Smile Plan - a payment plan that allows patients to spread the cost of their routine preventive dentistry throughout the year, encouraging regular attendance to maintain oral health. This means a more stable revenue stream from a loyal patient base with no fees or admin costs - you get paid for the services you offer in line with private pricing.
