Private Client Solicitor - Trusts

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client solicitor with a specialism in trusts, to join this reputable, national firm in Bath. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, serving a diverse range of private clients with their legal needs.

As the successful private client solicitor, you will be joining the office in Bath on a flexible basis.

We are looking for a private client solicitor with atleast 5 years' PQE in private client and be able to demonstrate a specialism in trusts. You'll be able to manage your own caseload independently.

Your duties will include;

  • Reporting to trust beneficiaries
  • Conducting annual trust reviews
  • Drafting trust documentation
  • Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Income Tax returns.
  • Administering day-to-day trust tasks, including investment data entry
  • Reviewing and updating FATCA/GIIN status for trusts
