Job description

Private Client Solicitor - Salisbury

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and highly ranked private client team, where you will be focussed on probate. This large private client team provide tailored specialist advice and work on probate and estate administration matters.

As a senior member of the private client team, you will be working on a complex and high value private client caseload, supervising junior members of the team and getting involved in business development.

Your caseload will include;

  • Estate administration to include complex, high value and taxable estates. Working with IHT and CGT, applying all business and agricultural property relief.
  • Handling estate administration for charity clients.
  • Preparing wills and LPA's.


You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 4 years' PQE. You must have experience in probate and estate administration. Ideally, you will be a member of STEP - but this is not mandatory.
