Job Description:

The Role

As a Fee Earner in a Private Client, you will draft wills, establish trusts, and prepare powers of attorney.

Duties:

1. Administer estates and advise on inheritance tax.
2. Market and promote the team to increase revenue, including content creation.
3. Assist in training and development of team members.
4. Support other fee earners as needed.
5. Minimise risk and ensure file compliance.
6. Keep clients updated on case progress.
7. Follow documented procedures and systems.

Requirements:

1. Previously worked as a Fee Earner, Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
2. Experience working in a private client department.
3. Familiarity with practice and case management systems.
4. Skilled in IT.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
