Location: Prestwood, Buckinghamshire

A well-established, busy, and progressive law firm with offices across Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Prestwood. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become the senior solicitor for a thriving department, with the role becoming available due to the relocation of a long-standing employee.

The Role
This role offers a long-term, stable legal career in Buckinghamshire within a supportive and friendly firm. The successful candidate will handle a varied and interesting caseload of:

1. Wills and estate planning
2. Probate and Estate Administration
3. Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
4. Trusts
5. Inheritance Tax matters

You'll be responsible for managing client relationships with care and professionalism, providing clear, practical advice and a consistently high standard of service.

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for a solicitor who is:

1. Technically competent and meticulous, with strong attention to detail
2. Empathetic and approachable, with excellent client-facing skills
3. Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
4. Experienced, with at least 3 years' PQE in Private Client work
5. Knowledgeable in probate, IHT planning, trusts, and drafting key legal documents
6. A quick learner who is committed to professional development and maintaining high standards
