Private Client Solicitor

Well-regarded law firm looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor into their Walsall offices.

Within this Private Client Solicitor position, you will be joining an expanding Litigation team who are looking for a new member due to an increased busyness in workload.

Within this role, you will be dealing with a broad spectrum of Litigated Private Client cases including:

• Validity of wills and lifetime gifts
• Court of Protection
• Inheritance Act claims
• Trust disputes
• Removal of executors
• Executorship disputes
• Disputed Attorney/Deputy appointments
• Statutory wills
• Injunctions to protect estate assets
• TOLATA claims

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE in Private Client law, want to work as part of an experienced team, and be ambitious with their long-term career goals.
