Description

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estates.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client service at all times.
• Keep up to date with developments in private client law to ensure the provision of accurate and relevant advice.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the legal team to share knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute to business development activities to promote the company's services in the professional services industry.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Profile

A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

• 6 months+ private client experience
• Experience in handling a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Strong client service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• A proactive approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
