Working Hours: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our reputable firm in Romsey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients within the region. Within the role you will be required to:

1. Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
2. Provide tailored legal advice including on Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent client care and ensuring their needs are met.
4. Attend networking events to promote the firm's private client services and build relationships with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client practice and have strong knowledge and experience in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Membership of STEP or similar is desirable.
