As a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be supporting a growing private client team, handling a varied caseload of wills, probate, and related matters.

They will consider candidates who are newly qualified or have up to 3 years' PQE.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
2. Experience handling estate administration for both probate and intestacy cases.
3. Strong drafting skills across legal documentation relevant to this area.
4. Familiarity with inheritance tax and Court of Protection processes.
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
