Private Client Solicitor

A legal 500 law firm is seeking to add a private client solicitor/legal executive or highly experienced not qualified fee earner to its Connock-based team.

The Firm

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is undergoing a period of ongoing expansion. Since acquiring its Cannock site, it has continued to attract both repeat and new business, leading to the need for additional fee earners in this thriving department.

The Team

The private client team operates across three offices and is led by an experienced Partner. The immediate team in Cannock is comprised of around 2 solicitors plus support.

The Role

• Independently managing a caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and small to medium non-taxable estates.
• Providing expert advice on estate planning, trusts and asset protection.
• Developing knowledge and expertise in more complex matters, including taxable estates and trusts.
• Working collaboratively within a supportive and highly regarded team.

You

• Experienced legal professional (minimum 5 years) working in Wills, Tax and Probate, whether as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified fee earner.
• A strong background in handling Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration with minimal supervision.
