Job description

Are you a senior level private client lawyer who would like to join an international law firm as a Private Client PSL / Knowledge Lawyer on a full or part-time basis?

This is a new role that has arisen due to the growth of the firm's highly regarded Private Client group. The group advises a wide variety of clients, and the PSL will support the firm's complex tax, trusts and succession planning work both in the UK and internationally.

Working with the group's Knowledge Counsel, the PSL will be joining a well established Knowledge function and the role will involve working collaboratively with lawyers and other professionals in other parts of the firm in a supportive and collegiate environment. This broad role will include:

  1. Delivering legal training
  2. Keeping the team up to date on significant legal and regulatory changes
  3. Producing internal updates and client publications
  4. Dealing with queries from lawyers and clients
  5. Identifying opportunities to deliver advice and guidance to clients (such as through client briefings)
  6. Supporting the Knowledge Counsel with thought leadership initiatives

For this role you will need to be a senior level lawyer with significant experience in tax, international tax, trusts and succession planning, as well as strong communication and organisational skills.
