Job description

Job title: Private Client Professional Support Lawyer
Location: Guildford
Salary: £80k-£95k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 5+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

Our client is seeking a Private Client and Tax solicitor to join their growing knowledge team and is providing the chance for an incoming lawyer to become a key contributor to the team and firms' strategy and growth plans. For individuals with strong experience seeking something different and rewarding this role is worth exploring.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Reviewing, maintaining and updating precedents and practice notes
  2. Attending and giving talks at external conferences/seminars
  3. Working with the wider Knowledge team to develop and maintain a comprehensive, accessible firm wide KM system, on which all practice group know-how is maintained.
  4. Working with the IT and KM partners to identify the external knowledge resources required
  5. Developing relevant legal training for all members of the practice group
  6. Facilitating and leading know-how meetings and other knowledge sharing activities and assisting with knowledge related BD and other client-facing KM activities
