This firm is one of the leading firms in Sussex, with a real presence on the South Coast. Private Client work is at the forefront of their offering, which has been cultivated over many years servicing both East and West Sussex.

Due to continued growth, is seeking a Private Client Partner (10+yrs+ PQE) to join them in Worthing.

The Role

• The work is broad-brush, taking ownership of the more complex matters, including will making and registration, probate issues, administration of trusts, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax.

Requirements

• Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive likely at Senior Associate or Partner level (10+ PQE) with a proven track record in handling estate administration/probate matters
