The Role:

• Lead a highly regarded Private Client team in Brighton, with the support of an excellent infrastructure and an engaged leadership team
• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and tax matters.
• Play a key role in the strategic direction of the department, helping to drive growth and enhance the firm's private client offering.
• Work closely with an established network of intermediaries, wealth managers, and financial planners.

The Candidate:

• A highly experienced Private Client specialist with extensive expertise in probate, estate planning, trusts, and tax matters.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a successful team.
• A strong track record of business development, with a demonstrable following or the ability to generate new work.
• STEP qualification preferred but not essential.
• A client-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
