• Drafting wills, advising on inheritance tax mitigation, and handling lifetime trusts.
• Managing the administration of estates and trusts.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Handling Court of Protection applications.
• Mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals within a large team.
• Leading business development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• STEP qualification (preferred).
