PRIVATE CLIENT PARALEGAL hybrid working available

This top Law firm with offices in East Sussex and Kent is looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to be based in their Uckfield office. The role is also available with hybrid working.

The purpose of the role is to provide legal support to the firm's Private Client Department, particularly to support the Department's Partners and Solicitors by providing legal input on areas including:

1. Drafting Wills to give effect to the client's wishes.
2. Drafting Wills incorporating Life interest Trusts and Discretionary Trusts of Residue.
3. Nil rate band discretionary Trusts.
4. Drafting of Legal Powers of Attorney.
5. Registration of EPAs/LPAs.

The role requires at least one year of working experience as a Paralegal in a Private Clients department, management of own case-load, and involves direct client engagement and matter-related time targets.
