Are you an experienced Paralegal with a passion for private client law? Do you want to be part of a well-respected law firm where your work makes a real impact? We are looking for a dedicated Private Client Paralegal to join a dynamic team.

In this role, you will support Solicitors and Legal Executives in delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and families. You will handle a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing new client enquiries and opening case files
  • Assisting in drafting legal documents such as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds, Probate applications, and Estate Accounts
  • Regularly communicating with clients and third parties, providing updates and advice
  • Conducting legal research and assisting with client queries
  • Keeping client records accurate and up to date
  • Providing general administrative support to fee earners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous Paralegal experience in private client law, with knowledge of relevant legal processes and terminology (e.g., probate, wills, and trusts)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with clients
