Private Client Legal Assistant

TSR Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm located in the Forest of Dean region. The firm is seeking a Private Client Legal Assistant to join its busy and supportive team at the Monmouth office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and professional individual to build or continue a career within Private Client services, working in a firm known for its client-focused ethos and high standards of legal care.

The Role:

The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client department. The role involves dealing with matters such as Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. While prior experience in these areas is advantageous, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing secretarial and administrative support including telephone liaison, preparing correspondence, and drafting attendance notes
  2. Assisting with the preparation and management of documents relating to Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  3. Supporting the client onboarding process
  4. Raising and processing client invoices
  5. Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards

Candidate Profile:

  3. Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
