Job summary
An established legal practice in Littlehampton is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Probate Partner and a Fee Earner, contributing to a variety of tasks including Probate & Estate work, Trusts, and the preparation of Wills & LPAs. Qualifications

Job description
Are you a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX seeking a new role in the Littlehampton area of West Sussex?
You will be joining a small team of this Three Partner high street practice working closely alongside a Probate Partner, a Fee Earner, and supported by 2 Legal Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Probate & Estate work, Trusts, and preparing Wills & LPAs is required.
- Knowledge of personal tax liabilities (IHT & CGT).
- Some experience with COP/Deputyship work would also be an advantage.
- Candidates must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems.
- Some hybrid working may be considered.
