Job Description

Are you a Private Client Fee Earner on the lookout for a new role in Peterborough at one of the region's leading law firms? The firm recruiting has been established for over 40 years and is a full-service legal 500 firm. They are going through a period of expansion, so now is an exciting time to join them.

Joining the Private Client department, you would be working on a mixed caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts to name a few. There would also be a large focus on Court of Protection work, which would see you working on cases of clients without mental capacity.

The firm is looking for someone who has great experience working within Private Client, and more specifically Court of Protection. You will ideally be a Chartered Legal Executive or STEP qualified, but those without are still encouraged to apply. In return, the firm can offer parking, flexible working, and a good holiday package.
