Job Description

I have been instructed on an exciting opportunity by my client, a small and boutique law firm who are part of a Financial Planning company, who are looking for a Fee Earner to join the Private Client team. This opportunity will sit within the firm's Loughborough office and you will be working on a variety of high net worth and complex Private Client matters; this is a great time to be joining the firm as they continue to build on their expertise with lots of work to get stuck in on. The successful candidate will ideally be looking to join a close-knit team and in return they can offer good flexibility surrounding home working and genuine support for those looking to go forward with the SQE and STEP accreditations.

Responsibilities

1. Handling own caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts and Probate
2. Creating and distributing relevant correspondence and legal documentation
3. Liaising regularly with clients and other third parties such as organisations and dealing with basic enquiries
4. Utilising excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to provide top-quality assistance to your team
5. Providing structured and accessible advice to all clients

The ideal candidate:

1. Previous fee earner experience from a Private Client department is essential
2. You will be organised and an excellent communicator
3. The ability to demonstrate initiative with a solid attention to detail is essential
4. You must be IT confident with competencies in the Microsoft packages including Word and Excel, however, the firm have excellent IT support and full assistance will be provided
