An excellent opportunity has arisen at a leading Bank in the City for a 1LOD Privacy Manager to support the successful delivery of the Privacy Risk programme. You will be responsible for managing team members within Privacy Risk. You will provide guidance, development, coaching, driving performance management, and supporting career development.
The team promotes, enhances, and maintains good first line of defence responsibility for Privacy risk as defined in the Banks Risk taxonomy. You will be responsible for supporting and advising the 1L including but not limited to embedding ‘Privacy by Design’ into key change initiatives and ensuring the business is adhering to the global privacy framework and control standards within the Bank. You will also manage the maintenance of the Record of Processing, supporting the business to complete Privacy Risk Assessments and supporting initiatives that enhance privacy risk management across the business.
They are looking for a Privacy Manager with previous 1LOD experience who has the ability to work with multiple key stakeholders across the business. Good communication skills are needed in order to present complex concepts in a concise manner to the business.
