Print Room Operative Responsibilities

1. Printing samples of fabrics to the correct quality & specification.
2. Creating production masters to be used in quality control.
3. Check & adjust the print motor speeds using the print machine speed sheet.
4. Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying any defects.
5. Keep the print room clean and organised.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

1. Basic maths skills to measure and then calculate fabric lengths.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. IT literate- there will be some scanning and producing labels.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.

Personal Attributes for Success

1. Commitment to producing high-quality work.
2. Physical capability to lift up to 20kg rolls onto the machine and stand for extended periods.
3. Positive attitude with the resilience to adapt to changing demands.
4. Reliable with a can-do attitude.
