On offer is the opportunity to join a leading scientific consultancy business, established for nearly 20 years, ISO accredited, and be part of a close-knit team in aerial surveys, providing conservation statistical analysis and research for clients while working with partners across the globe.

In this role, you will oversee a specialised team, liaise with clients, manage projects from cradle to completion, manage change, and ensure projects are delivered on time with multiple reporting processes adhered to.

The Role:

1. Client liaison and support;
2. Project scheduling and ensuring delivery to time;
3. Inputting to the development and delivery of internal research and development projects;
4. Co-ordinating and managing input from the Consultancy Team (ecological consultants and data scientists);
5. Line management of team members;

The Person:

1. Demonstrable relevant experience of impact assessments (EIA/HRA) for offshore renewables development;
2. Project management experience, with knowledge of the full project lifecycle;
3. Stakeholder communications, through meetings, workshops, and events;
4. Excellent knowledge of marine ecology, particularly ornithology;
