Key Requirements:

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience working in the electrical design field, with a background from other leading Tier 1 consultancies.

• English Proficiency: Must be a fluent and proficient English speaker, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead projects and work alongside other senior engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Top Talent: We're looking for the top 10% of Electrical Design Engineers in London - only those who excel and are committed to delivering the highest standards of engineering.
• Experience Across Diverse Sectors: A solid portfolio of working across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, or education would be highly advantageous.

Your Role:

• Lead the electrical design on high-profile projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable, efficient, and innovative design solutions.
• Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to the ongoing development of the team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the lifecycle of projects.
