Role: Principal Systems Engineer (Senior also welcome)

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to site 2-4 days a month - fully expensed)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the management of requirements, acceptance, and interface validation across our projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring system certification, managing interface requirements, and contributing to the verification and validation of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of requirements and acceptance for systems across the project lifecycle.
• Support system certification to meet project milestones.
• Develop and lead the interface requirements management and validation process across the platform.
• Manage the interface control process, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Drive the maturity and validation of interfaces to achieve a verified and validated system design.
• Engage with key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, interface management, and/or independent verification, validation, and acceptance of complex systems.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
• Understanding of software-based systems and interfaces.
• Degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM discipline.
• Stakeholder Management skills.
