Job Description
Job Title: Principal Systems Engineer
Salary: Up to £70,600 per annum - dependent upon skill & experience levels
Location: Isle of Wight / Portsmouth / Chelmsford
We currently have a vacancy to join one of the world’s leading, global defence, security and aerospace companies as a Principal Systems Engineer. The role can be based at Isle of Wight, Portsmouth or Chelmsford and offers the opportunity for hybrid working and flexible working hours.
You will be working as a Principal Systems Engineer within the Radar team of multi-discipline engineers, evolving the clients radar portfolio of existing and new radar products to address Air Defence capabilities.
You will be developing current and next radar products to counter threats and gain an advantage in the strategic air defence domain. Your new day-to-day will be exciting and diverse by applying the principles of Systems Engineering across the entire engineering development lifecycle as you join in developing radar systems used by those who serve and protect the country.
