The Role
As a Principal Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing high-value transactions, developing client relationships, and leading on complex real estate matters. This position offers the chance to be at the forefront of an expanding team, providing strategic advice to clients across various sectors, including retail, office, industrial, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management work for a broad client base.
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and development projects.
• Managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, including investors, developers, financial institutions, and corporate occupiers.
• Leading negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients on property transactions and regulatory matters.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the firm's continued growth in NI.

About You

• A qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland with at least 7 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven experience handling complex real estate transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic, client-focused advice.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• A strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Leadership experience or the desire to take on a key senior role within a growing team.
