Alces Flight Ltd designs and develops innovative software for AI & HPC systems across the UK. We are advocates of open-source software and are looking for a skilled developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop software solutions for AI and HPC systems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Maintain and improve existing software applications.
4. Lead and mentor junior developers.
5. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong background in software engineering principles.
2. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
3. Experience with AI and HPC technologies.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
5. Excellent communication skills.
