Principal Recruitment Consultant – A&F, Qual/ Senior Finance into C&I
Basic c. £40-50k
OTE £100k+

Join the C&I Perm team, reporting into a highly experienced Director, and focusing on the Qualified to Senior Finance market. This isn’t a cold desk – you’ll have a couple of roles on day one and access to a rich database, a history of lapsed clients, and previous warm accounts across C&I.
There's huge opportunity for someone commercial, credible, and motivated.
This is a classic 360 role, but with real backing – brand, tools, and leadership support. You’ll be encouraged to build your niche, shape your patch, and play a senior role within the team – both in delivery and leadership.
