An established industry player is seeking a Principal Producibility Engineer to join their dynamic New Product Introduction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the manufacturing processes for cutting-edge electrical/electronic weapon systems. You will work closely with product design teams to ensure the feasibility of designs and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing methods. This role provides a unique chance to shape how MBDA works within the New Product Introduction team on future Pre-DD1 projects.
Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4/5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance:
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

This opportunity is for a Principal Producibility Engineer to join the Manufacturing organisation to establish robust and effective interface with product design teams to ensure appropriate manufacturing methods, capabilities and techniques are considered and acted upon during the product design phase, for definition and production readiness activities for electrical/electronic weapon systems and sub-systems during prototype and initial development.
