Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Enforcement Functions: Take charge of enforcing statutory obligations, including conducting inspections, taking enforcement action, and providing expert advice and education on housing matters.
2. Customer-Facing Role: Represent the organisation at the forefront, engaging with the public and managing challenging situations with professionalism and confidence. Your role will be vital in safeguarding public welfare.
3. Site and Office-Based Work: Split your time effectively between office tasks (25%-40%) and conducting essential site visits across various locations in North London (60%-75%). Be immersed in real, impactful action.
4. Collaborative Working: Forge strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents while adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
