The client is seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer to mainly deal with Strategic Major Applications. The chosen candidate must have experience in dealing with strategic applications at a Principal level.
Role Specific:
- Office presence - 1 or 2 days per week
- 37 hours per week
- Hourly rate - approx. £50 per hour
- Local Authority experience.
