We are seeking an experienced Principal Pipeline Engineer to lead pipeline engineering efforts across various project phases, from front-end design and detailed engineering to construction and commissioning. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead pipeline engineering activities, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with project budgets and deadlines.
2. Ensure all designs adhere to company procedures through rigorous review and approval processes.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise engineering solutions.
4. Prepare estimates and schedules for pipeline engineering projects.
5. Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environmental responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and client standards.
6. Monitor project progress against schedules (SPI) and track hours spent versus earned value (CPI).
7. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
8. Communicate performance insights, policies, and improvement recommendations to the Engineering Manager.
9. Set objectives for the team and support their professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Extensive experience in pipeline engineering, with a strong background in Concept/Pre-FEED for onshore and offshore projects.
2. A degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
3. Chartered Engineer status or at least 10 years of relevant experience in pipeline engineering.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support engineering teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
