Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team to deliver technical design work adhering to relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality results.
2. Prepare briefs, define scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
3. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring key milestones and programmes are met.
4. Collaborate with teams in the UK and internationally to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards in design.

What the Ideal Candidate Brings:

1. Chartered Mechanical Engineer status.
2. Proven experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment such as pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plants, as well as a solid understanding of current UK design standards and working practices.
4. A good understanding of relevant legislation, such as CDM and ATEX.
