We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong contractor background, ready to take on challenges in a fast-growing boutique Bristol-based firm. You will be expected to hit the ground running and lead projects from the outset. Additionally, you'll have a role in mentoring and training apprentices, helping to shape the next generation of engineers.
This position offers a clear and rapid path to career progression, with opportunities to advance to Associate and Director-level roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design projects, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery.
- Mentor and train apprentices, guiding their technical development and career progression.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong contractor background with proven experience in mechanical design.
