We are seeking a Principal Lawyer to lead our Employment Rights team, renowned for its role in advocating for justice and working as part of a wider team in shaping employment rights legislation. We are looking for...

1. A qualified solicitor or equivalent with over 8 years' experience in employment rights.
2. Strong supervisory skills, tactical litigation expertise, and a proven track record of advocacy.
3. Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills.
4. A passion for employment rights and empathy for the Labour movement.
