Job Title: Senior or Principal Engineer (WTG Foundations)

Who are we recruiting for?
Our client, a leading offshore wind engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior or Principal Engineer (WTG Foundations) to take on a key technical leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge foundation designs for major offshore wind projects.
What will you be doing?
- Leading conceptual and detailed design of WTG foundations (monopiles, jackets, gravity-based structures).
- Providing technical expertise and review to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborating with geotechnical, structural, and marine engineers on cost-effective solutions.
- Managing engineering deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Liaising with clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Driving innovation in foundation design and staying updated with industry trends.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- 8+ years of experience in offshore wind foundation design.
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Marine Engineering (Chartered status preferred).
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Expertise in offshore structure design tools and industry regulations.
- Experience managing technical and commercial aspects of projects.
