Who are we recruiting for?

Our client, a leading offshore wind engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior or Principal Engineer (WTG Foundations) to take on a key technical leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge foundation designs for major offshore wind projects.

What will you be doing?

1. Leading conceptual and detailed design of WTG foundations (monopiles, jackets, gravity-based structures).
2. Providing technical expertise and review to ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Collaborating with geotechnical, structural, and marine engineers on cost-effective solutions.
4. Managing engineering deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
5. Liaising with clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
6. Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
7. Driving innovation in foundation design and staying updated with industry trends.

Are you the ideal candidate?

1. 8+ years of experience in offshore wind foundation design.
2. Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Marine Engineering (Chartered status preferred).
3. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
4. Expertise in offshore structure design tools and industry regulations.
5. Experience managing technical and commercial aspects of projects.
