What You'll Do:
- Lead Project Delivery: Manage and deliver rail infrastructure designs, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
- Innovate: Lead the design and delivery of complex rail infrastructure projects, creating solutions that balance technical precision with creative thinking.
- Collaborate: Partner with multi-disciplinary teams, including geotechnical, structural, and environmental specialists, to deliver fully integrated solutions.

What You Bring:
- Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's); Chartered Engineer (CEng or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years civil engineering design experience, focusing on rail infrastructure projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical considerations, and rail-specific design processes. Proficiency in software like Autodesk Robot, Idea Statika, or Tedds is a plus.
