The Role

We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join our technical team of 12 people. You will work in our Structures Teams and be based in the Nottingham Office. We work across a diverse range of sectors, providing essential services to clients like the Department for Education, Loughborough University, Nottingham Trent University, the University of Nottingham, and the Universities of Leicester NHS Trust, to name a few.

We have a rich history of helping to shape the landscape of local Universities and Healthcare campuses and are responsible for some of their most iconic capital projects.

You will be a trusted mentor and role model, providing technical guidance and enhancing the team's development.

The Right Fit

Someone with experience leading and managing projects of all sizes, including developing design delivery programmes with an understanding of and involvement in project finances.

You will have leadership skills and be a positive role model for the people around you.

You will be a chartered engineer or actively work under a recognised professional institution training pathway and close to chartered status.
