Principal Energy & Carbon Consultant

Hybrid London

Salary up to £52k

Our client is a well-established compliance business within the Construction Industry, seeking an Energy Assessor to join their team. They have clients throughout the UK and work with residential, commercial, and public sector clients.

They have a 70 strong diverse team with a passion to create an outstanding service level that is second to none. They aid the design process and create an environment that is focused on the quality of living by using the expertise within the industry and delivering a service that will aid developers in an ever-changing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE (2 years minimum experience).
  2. Conduct Part L compliance assessments, overheating assessments (Part O, TM59, TM52), and operational energy assessments (TM54).
  3. Lead the delivery of energy strategies for medium to large scale projects.
  4. Line manage team members.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Sustainability consultancy role.
  2. Previous management experience.
  3. Must be based in the UK.

This position will be in the London office and will be a Hybrid role.
