Are you an expert in electrical engineering with a passion for designing cutting-edge power systems for the naval industry? In this 12 month contract, you’ll lead the design and development of bespoke electrical power systems, collaborating with a team of skilled engineers to push the boundaries of naval propulsion and automation technology. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative hybrid propulsion solutions, integrating diesel generators and battery technology to shape the future of marine sustainability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Electrical engineering expertise, ideally with AC/DC power distribution experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical projects.
• Ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
• Familiarity with industry standards (IEC61439, Def Stans) is a plus.
